Dynamic Roofing did an excellent job installing a roof on my townhouse. I called several roofers for quotes, and Sergio came to my home to measure the existing roof and provide an accurate estimate for the replacement. He gave a detailed breakdown of the tasks his team would perform during the roof replacement and showed us the shingles he planned to use, explaining the warranty on both the craftsmanship and roofing materials. As promised, the team arrived early in the morning and began removing the existing roof. They covered the surrounding area with plastic sheets to protect it from debris. True to their word, they completed the job the same day and cleaned the site thoroughly before leaving. I am very happy with the quality of work they performed and the price they quoted, which was significantly lower than the estimates I received from other roofing companies. After reviewing around five quotes, Dynamic Roofing offered the best price. I highly recommend Dynamic Roofing for their quality of work and fair pricing.

I had a roof leak and needed someone to come out quickly. Mr Sergio came out the same day and did a very thorough inspection and found the problem. The next day my roof was repaired! Pricing was very reasonable and they did a great job. He also checked back after a few rain storms to make sure there were no more leaks! Also the roofing guy was very prompt and professional and cleaned up after the job was complete. I would highly recommend Dynamic Roofing!

I had over two dozen roofing companies stop by to “assist me in getting my insurance company to cover my roof damage”. Only Connor Tiedemann of Dynamic Roofing & Exteriors was successful in getting my insurance company to cover the partial cost of a total roof replacement. He worked tirelessly with different insurance adjusters to get my carrier to at least cover a portion of the cost of replacement. All the other companies promised the same but never delivered. Once a settlement was reached with the insurance company, Dynamic scheduled the roof replacement, began at 7am and finished late the same day with a very professional job and the new good quality roof that looks great. The installation crew’s professionalism and attention to detail was above and beyond my expectations. The great service led to a second total roof replacement to one of our rental properties and the results were exactly the same. Very good work at a reasonable cost. Cannot say enough good things about this company. If you are needing roofing work don’t hesitate to contact them.
